Shipping policy

I am a very small business and not VAT registered, so I can not be responsible for any import charges or local taxes which has influenced my decision NOT to accept orders outside the UK.

Shipping

Orders going to a UK address are posted by Royal Mail 48 hour tracked service and on rare occasion larger items will be posted by a courier and delivered within their own target delivery period. If a courier is being used this will be communicated via email to our customer.

Please take care to enter your delivery address correctly as I cannot be held responsible for any undelivered parcels or parcels delayed in transit due to incorrect address
details being provided.

EU and COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE UK

Due to importation taxes and variations in postal charges we DO NOT accept orders for countries outside the UK
