Returns

KWATZ wants happy customers. We hope you are happy with your purchase but if for whatever reason you are not then we hope we can still help. If there is a problem with your item please email me at contactkwatz@gmail.com to let me know what the problem is and if a return or refund is required. The following general guidelines apply in addition to your legal rights:

  • The return period for KWATZ is 30 days from the date you receive the item. We will not refund or exchange outside this period.
  • If your KWATZ T-shirt arrives damaged or faulty then you are entitled to a replacement (dependent on stock availability) or a full refund. Please return the item to us according to the instructions below within the return period.
  • If your KWATZ T-shirt is the wrong size we can offer you a replacement item in a different size depending on stock availability. We know it happens so please check out the sizing guide before you buy! Please return the item to us according to the instructions below within the return period.
  • ALL ITEMS RETURNED MUST BE UNWORN AND UNWASHED.

If you need to return an item please follow the instructions below:

  1. Please include your original order number and the product name and size you would like as a replacement if applicable.
  2. Place your unworn item in the original packaging and reseal.
  3. Items must be posted back via Royal Mail. Please ask for proof of postage and keep it safe. KWATZ cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of any returned parcels.
  4. Clearly mark your return address on the back of the parcel and send it to: KWATZ, 54 Chapmangate, Pocklington, York, YO42 2BJ

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
