Delivery
We post our T-shirts using UK Royal Mail Standard Delivery (1st Class). The cost and time of delivery depends where you are in the world:
UK £3.95 (please allow 2-5 working days)
Europe £5.95 (please allow up to 14 working days)
Rest of World £9.95 (please allow 14-21 working days)
Shipping policy
At the moment, shipping times
may be a bit longer than usual, especially outside of the UK.
I am a very small business and
not VAT registered, so I can not be responsible for any import charges that you
may occur on receipt of your parcel. For all orders shipping outside of
the UK, the ship-to recipient will be responsible for any taxes or customs
duties incurred. Please note I am unable to estimate the total amount of taxes
or duties that may be due at time of delivery.
Shipping
Products will be dispatched
within 3 working days of purchase date (unless otherwise stated). Orders
going to a UK address are posted First Class by Royal Mail and on occasion
larger items will be posted by a courier and are usually delivered within 1-3
days of the order being placed.
International orders can take
up to 20 business days to be delivered (depending on the country).
Please take care to enter your
delivery address correctly as I cannot be held responsible for any
undelivered parcels or parcels delayed in transit due to incorrect address
details being provided.
BREXIT
The
Brexit transition period has now ended and new rules on tax and customs on
goods delivered to EU countries now apply. . . . bOOOOOO !
If
you are ordering from the EU this means your purchase may incur customs charges
on delivery.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES FOR
DELIVERY ADDRESSES OUTSIDE THE UK
Buyers
are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am afraid I
cannot take responsibility for delays caused by customs.
POSTAGE
All
my orders are sent with Royal Mail. Due to the time consuming, handmade nature
of my work, high value orders, and orders being sent to destinations deemed to
be at higher risk of loss are sent using a Royal Mail ‘signed for’ or ‘tracked’
service.
Please
double check your delivery address is correct before checking out to avoid
unnecessary delays.
Returns
KWATZ wants happy customers. We hope you are happy with your purchase but if for whatever reason you are not then we hope we can still help. If there is a problem with your item please email me at amanda@kwatz.co.uk to let me know what the problem is and if a return or refund is required. The following general guidelines apply in addition to your legal rights:
- The return period for KWATZ is 30 days from the date you receive the item. We will not refund or exchange outside this period.
- If your KWATZ T-shirt arrives damaged or faulty then you are entitled to a replacement (dependent on stock availability) or a full refund. Please return the item to us according to the instructions below within the return period.
- If your KWATZ T-shirt is the wrong size we can offer you a replacement item in a different size depending on stock availability. We know it happens so please check out the sizing guide before you buy! Please return the item to us according to the instructions below within the return period.
- ALL ITEMS RETURNED MUST BE UNWORN AND UNWASHED.
If you need to return an item please follow the instructions below:
- On the returns label please write your name, return address, order number and the product name and size you would like as a replacement if applicable.
- Place your unworn item and returns label in the original packaging and reseal.
- Items must be posted back by Royal Mail 1st Class delivery. Please ask for proof of postage and keep it safe. KWATZ cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of any returned parcels.
